Broken Pathways is the long awaited full-length album from established Vancouver Washington based psych rockers, The New Jangles. It is a self-produced labor of love that took over 6 years of dedication, and it shows.

We wanted to do a fairly faithful version of the song, because it was so perfect the way it was. Obviously we added a guitar solo and each lead singer, who are also brothers, in our band traded verses and both sang the choruses. Stylistically you could say we added a bit more of an Americana or Roots Rock feel with the more prevalent piano and Stand-Up Bass. We ended up recording this version ourselves in garages and bedrooms specifically for The Kinks cover contest.
