After my opinion the low pass here could still be lower, or the sound makes too much low noise in itself

simple solution, replace it with a darker drum for a little while.

about this sub, my level-meter says there are almost no volume here... so it cannot be that the bass is too dark... Perhaps the compression, or not good enough mastering

This is something I've been working on for a while.  Most of my tunes I whip up in a day but this one took me a week of being a mega perfectionist.  Wish I had a faster computer, I have so many automation tracks on this one.
