Tive a honra de participar com esta composição minha  chamada "Isabel" (dedicada a minha filha) no novíssimo CD do grande baterista Percio Sapia, "Agora Sim". Percio é musico finissimo, dono de grande técnica e de um bom gosto impecável. Eu sempre digo que é um baterista que já vem mixado...
A faixa tem Silvinho Mazzuca no baixo, Mario Boffa no piano e Vitor alcântara no sax soprano, só feras.
Aliás, o CD só tem feras mesmo: além dos já citados, Amilton Godoy, Rubinho Barsotti, Wilson Teixeira, Serginho Carvalho, Alexandre Mihanovich, Debora Gurgel, Marinho Andreotti, Rudy Arnaut, Itamar Colaço, ,Fernando Mota, Lito Robledo...é uma seleção, só titulares.
A conversão p/ mp3 ficou um pouco saturada, mais um motivo para sair correndo e comprar o CD!

Pércio is fine musician, owner of a great technique and impeccable good taste. I always say that is a drummer who is already mixed ...
The band has Silvinho Mazzuca on bass, Mario Boffa on piano and Victor Alcantara on soprano sax, top musicians.
In fact, the CD has a selection of top musicians, besides those already mentioned, Amilton Godoy, Rubens Barsotti, Wilson Teixeira, Sergio Carvalho, Alexandre Mihanovich, Debora Gurgel, Marinho Andreotti, Rudy Arnaut, Itamar Colaco, Fernando Mota, Lito Robledo ... great team!
The conversion to mp3 got a little saturated, one more reason to rush out and buy the CD!

Alex Mesquita consolidated his musical career in the context of instrumental and popular music, and is considered one of the greatest references of genres in Bahia. His career is marked in particular by musical influences as Chulas and Sambas de Roda from Recôncavo Baiano, besides contemporary music, jazz, funk and blues, acquired at his international experience. These influences resulted in Cd "Curve of Time" - Work that brought him recognition in national scene, with three awards in two editions of the categories Trofeu Caymmi. Mesquita recorded with Tereza Salgueiro, Caetano Velloso and Gilberto Gil, as guitarist also accumulates passages in projects Airto Moreira, Nana Vasconcelos, Carlinhos Brown, Virginia Rodrigues, Flavio Venturine, Daniela Mercury and Roberto Mendes.
