two days ago i found a nice mini disc! Hehe, this is a part of my live set @ Club-Manga in the beautiful city Jena/Germany... totally filled with live recorded microphone doodlings, resamplings and cutting action! The gig in Jena was part of my tour last year with my musical mate http://soundcloud.com/tanaka-hideyuki (Tokio), so the set contains next to own material also some stuff i made with him under the name "Phööptärt", for instance the trax which where released on 9volt. There are also some material and errors inside i programmed 2 weeks before this gig during a spontaneous live jam with the French master of disaster KRIKOR (http://soundcloud.com/krikorparis) after my set in Linz / Austria. Crazy bleeps from an amazing hour i will never forget...
So... enough words. It is a set, so listen!

Wenn es einen Club gibt in dem ich gerne den Anfang mache, dann ist das die Sackfabrik in Magdeburg. So folgte ich also der Einladung der Human Dancing League und packte vor einem Gig in Dresden noch dieses Oldskool-Techno Set im besten Club der Landeshauptstadt. Da ich nachdenke, bevor ich ein Set spiele, liegt es auf der Hand, dass ich um 23:00 Uhr nicht mit 160 bpm Geballer versuche einen gemütlichen Abend einzuleuten, sondern mir viel Zeit für den Aufbau eines Warmup-Sets gelassen habe. Getreu dem Motto der Party beschränkte ich mich dabei ausschließlich auf alte Techno Scheiben aus den goldenen 90ern. Viel Spaß damit!
