My girlfriend and I are moving across the country from Baltimore to San Diego in a few short days. I am beyond excited to start this new chapter of my life, in the place I've been wanting to call home for years. 

I can't express how surreal it feels to be finally happening. It's a huge transition for me, and along with it comes a rush of different emotions and thoughts about the uncertainty of the future. But the uncertainty is the best part of life—it reminds us to stay present, and to be here now. And very soon, "here" will be in Southern California.

To commemorate this milestone in my life (and not to mention we are driving cross country), I thought it'd be fitting to share my first mix of 2018—an introspective and groove-focused musical journey that continuously builds in energy until the very end. A full hour of sunny palm tree and desert vibes.
