A few weeks back, I was commissioned to make my friend @shinyseabass a Synthwave track for his new Twitch stream intro. Super awesome and well-known pixel artist amongst the community! I wanted this to clearly be a synthwave track, but also wanted to incorporate some chiptune elements to touch on his channel's pixel art content. Thanks again, Shiny! It was so much fun creating this live on stream and I hope it brings the exact vibe you wanted!

Children's Ukulele Dance

This is the first of many "2 Hour Track Challenges" that I release.  I created the arrangement and samples within 2 hours, and spent another half hour polishing the mix and a light master.  The chosen theme was "Black & White".  All samples you hear are the colors black, white, or the combination of both.

I did this along with MANY others to benefit charity.  The album below has everyone's submissions and a download link to buy if you want to help.  ALL money goes to a kitty charity called Angel Of Hope, located in Minnesota.

The Battle Of The Colors

This is the SECOND try at the "2 Hour Track Challenges" that happens every 3 months.  I created the arrangement and samples within 2 hours, and spent another half hour polishing the mix and a light master.  The chosen theme was "Water".  I played water inside of a bowl and filled water bottles to create rhythms, followed by creating the vibe of the track feel like being out at the ocean or river.  As I ended the 2 hour experimentation, I realized that this reminded me of playing in the water as a kid and the youthful innocence that came with it.

Oh, When I Was A Kid

The Common Fight is best described as a unified state of mind and understanding that, as we are all unique on this earth, so are our battles, but also that we ALL are fighting in our lives.

From personal insecurities, chronic illness, mental health, or LITERALLY "being on the frontlines".... these are just a few examples of 'fighting'. We all have many battles we face daily. No ONE battle is better or worse than the other, but they are unique to each person.

Arguably, today's perfect example of that is the worldwide pandemic. As the covid-19 spread dramatically, it has quickly made us scared, uncertain, and quite vulnerable. It is an unavoidable obstacle, and we are given two key choices.

Do we let it deteriorate us? Or do we fight to stay alive?! Though our battles are unique, that is the one thing we ALL have in common. We all have battles we must face, but it's hard to face them alone. Only in unity will we be able to band together and fight the good fight, and face them all head on together.

Fountain Of Comfort

The 3rd go a the tri-monthly event, the "2 Hour Track Challenge".

This months topic was "Survival".  I immediately wanted to write something with tremolo and fast staccato strings, but also wanted to stick to my hiphop/synthhop formula.  I ended up making it work, and loved it SO much, that I decided to spend an extra 2 hours getting it just right!  I may even decide to put lyrics over it later if I have time.
