CHAOS THEORY & SNATCH - MOVE YA BODY

Recorded live at A Cheeky Little Christmas with Timewarp, Saturday 14th December 2024 the using an ambient recorder in order to try and capture the whole atmosphere, Timewarp are happy to present “The Live Sets”. As with anything live there can be discrepancies in sound and these recordings are no different but they have been mastered in order to try and provide the best audio experience we can. Timewarp is a vinyl only night based in Bournemouth, UK showcasing local talent and legends from the past 30 years bringing you the best in Trance, Hard Trance, Techno and Hard House.

This recording was the first set of the day from Timewarp resident DJ Lewis Mann featuring a fine selection of Progressive House & Trance which set the tempo perfectly for the rest of the day. This set was well received on the day with many complimenting Lewis’ track selection as he weaved a psychedelic trip for those who got in the door early.

"Feels" is an auditory journey designed to take the listener from deep introspection to absolute sonic chaos. The track opens with an ethereal, calm intro; floating synthesizers and melancholic vocal samples create a serene atmosphere. This deceptive calm gradually builds tension with the introduction of deep, heavy bass kicks that rumble beneath the surface, establishing a driving rhythm while maintaining a sense of anticipation.

After this tense, low-frequency build-up, the track slams in hard. A sudden, explosive climax shatters the quiet with brutal, distorted hardcore kicks and aggressive synths. The energy peaks in a rush of raw power, pulling the listener straight into the core of the action.

Where to begin... 

My journey started in DJing at the age of 12 on turntables in my mothers house. With a passion for hard house music from a young age I know my love for this music was true. 

I bought stacks of vinyl from TinRib, Nukleus, Shock, Mohawk and Edm... The list truly does go on. But I never looked back! At such a young age I used to sneak into clubs for the parties where memories were truly made with my mates!

I started getting into the harder styles of music when I became part of duo / Trio Vishaun & Snatch and VST. With much success we had numerous Bionic bookings, Radio 1 plays and support from Kutski, as well as releases on many labels. Our unique reverse bass bootleg trip took off and we still stay in touch to this day 💙

But the journey doesn't stop there....

Now I'm taking the route alone and building the brand as SNATCH. 

I'm currently developing my own sound from the bottom and want to take it to the next level. 

I've created many bootlegs / remixes and have got support from the leading names in the Industry. Paul Clark, Cally, Mark Breeze, L.E.D, the list goes on. The tech trance reverse bass style music is something I've long loved and with the styles of electronic music constantly changing I know there is much success to be gained.

I feature in some of the leading dance events like Outrage, Logic, Escape in the park, Colour Clash to name a few, and have played in some of the biggest nightclubs in the UK / Wales.
