KADMON - See You Ba'aden (Remixed)

The opening track, Lifting the Veil, delves into ancient mysteries, from the enigmatic Nazca Lines to the precision of Sacsayhuamán and Baalbek’s colossal stones. Its hypnotic rhythms infused with subtle synth melodies, underscore lyrics like “Unleashing truth, time rewrites history books,” inviting listeners to question established narratives and embrace hidden truths.

The second track, Army of Light, is a soulful call to action, blending soft kicks, intricate percussion, and warm guitar tones with uplifting vocals. Lyrics such as “Join our troop, join our army of light, peaceful warriors unite” evoke a vision of a utopian world free from dystopian constraints, where humanity thrives in harmony with nature.

Army of Light is a sonic manifesto of spiritual and collective awakening. This EP, enriched by  earthy, meditative vibe and global perspectives from Swiss and Mexican artists, is a vibrant call to awaken and unite, embodying organic house’s soulful spirit. Reimagining Kadmon’s 2024 EP, this release blends downtempo, midtempo, organic house, and slowtechno. Kadmon’s signature fusion of electronic beats, live instrumentation, Yemenite recordings, Arabic oud, soulful trumpet, and tribal percussion creates a cross-cultural dancefloor journey. Remixes by Alacrán del Amor, Cedro, Catatonique, Dakarai, Dvniel, Inoie, J.Pool, Juliano Gomez, and Ōme weave prehispanic and ancient influences, merging past and future into a divine, soulful sound.

Obscure EP is a quiet return to the origin — where the first ideas surfaced, tentative and unresolved. It is a passage inward with the pieces tracing a long arc — from lightness to weight, from clarity to shadow. They’ve lived inside for years, slowly revealing their shape. Each track is a step toward stillness — not a resolution, but a center. A space where things aren’t explained, just felt.  A music for the in-between —
for what flickers, fades and quietly remains.

The EP closes with a reimagining of Light by Cedro — subtle reframing, like seeing memory from a different distance. His version doesn’t mirror the original but bends it gently, moving with a new kind of gravity. Something familiar, seen anew.

The initial seed for Zola was planted in early 2025, born from a place that feels both intimate and distant. Drawing inspiration from the downtempo sounds of France and Mexico, Zola explores the idea that movement, truth, and sound often emerge from the edges—from the “out-there” spaces.

This theme is not just conceptual but structural. The track unfolds across liminal zones, playing at the fringes of the frequency spectrum. Its stretched, spacious nature becomes both metaphor and framework. In moments of noise, static, and interference, deeper revelations of the narrative begin to surface.
