I decided to release this final leak because yesterday was my 2 years clean. It has been a journey to say the least. I wrote and recorded this song very near the beginning of my clean time; that is how long I have held on to this record. The collaborating artist that asked me to feature never bothered to finish the song. Here it is for you all to stream and download as you please.

Got all these old behaviors that became second nature. Now I work on them and watch so-called friends become strangers. Some acquaintances I never thought I’d mesh with, ended up becoming a part of me; closer than family. As a thinker, even simple things grew deeper. Popping pills, frying, trying to hide it; still eager, for the next trip. Didn’t believe in a bigger picture, just wanted an exit; that I ended up finding in these scriptures. Indeed a potent mixture, in need of stable living. Not from anywhere. An old soul steadily roams. Readily arose, well acquainted, even if I’m locally unknown. Shifting time zones; my mind blown. Aim was never to be a GOAT, though if I reap what I sew, my harvest as an artist tops all these mainstream cropped clones. Then I fade to black, let these critics play their part. That RAYCE-ism on a track, doing it for the art.
