Set time Monday 10am, twas a steamy hot morning, but was heart warming to see the support show up and check my beats. Thanks to Hex for the vibrations, the subs had the stage buzzing, I'm still seeing fuzzy;) It was an amazing sensory experience to have that with this journey between some bass styles, big smiles and bass faces galore.

Konedawg is a Sydney based Producer/DJ with a penchant for flowing live sets in a variety of styles. He's developed a particular appreciation for minimal tech house, keeping his beats punchy and his grooves sexy.

He curates the KONECAST and KONELIVE mix series, both running the gamut of electronic music genres. His sets and productions have been featured on powerhouse labels including Digital Diamonds, Subtrail and Soliq Records.

Actively involved with Australia's burgeoning underground music festival scene, Konedawg is a Burn and Doof regular.

With a deep-rooted background in drum & bass, Komodo is known for delivering captivating sets that navigate a range of intricate rhythms and sounds. His journey started after discovering Brisbane’s underground DNB scene and outdoor events in SEQ, which had him hooked immediately and ignited his passion to start mixing. These grassroot gatherings and events still guide his musical evolution—and keeps him grounded in the community that inspired him.

Over the years, he developed his sound and style, crafting journeys that flow through genres such as DNB, 140 and halftime. Komodo has shared the stage with international artists including Paige Julia, Hypho, PAV4N, S.P.Y., General Levy, Mungo’s Hifi, and Halogenix, and performed at notable festivals including Imbolc in South Australia, Initiation Festival over New Year's Eve in 2023/2024 and Archaic Gathering in North Queensland. With each set he remains committed to evolving, looking for ways to creatively push boundaries and deliver captivating performances.

Byron Bay based DJ and Producer Karime aka K-Hz is Australia’s pioneering music machine and is an icon of the bass music scene between the Byron Bay and Brisbane circuits. Renowned for his diverse, high energy and hard-hitting selections of Footwork, Jungle, Jazzy influences of DnB. K-Hz is racing his way to the top faster than the BPMs of his sets! With absolutely no sign of this young gun slowing down anytime soon! With more drive than Paul Walker in Fast and the Furious, we can only expect to see the tyres marks of burning success as this young ambassador makes his way to becoming the “World’s Heavy Bass Weight Champion”!
