Essex-based, edit king, Chuggin Edits and South African based pioneers in everything Disco, Nu-Disco & Editorial, Slow Mo Lounge, are back with a new tape. 

'After a highly successful first run of the year featuring Mexico's Hotmood, I've been itching to work with internationals again, Gary was no exception. It was long overdue, Chuggin's got new songs and inspirations we've both been dying to get behind and share with South African ears and the world. And with the launch of his new label Slightly Transformed, this was the perfect opportunity to share  new music and some die-hard favourites. Gary is like a brother to me and arguably my biggest inspiration and mentor, I love working with him' says Kongisto about the mix and Chuggin Edits. 

Label owner, producer and DJ, Chuggin Edits, is no stranger to the depth and infectious groove of slow mo as a genre and relentlessly continues to deliver on scorching, floor banging edits, inspired by the likes of A Tribe Called Quest, Loose Change, and Stephanie Mills to name a few. His production credits include Slightly Transformed(his own label), Deep Sense, FKR, Alpaca Edits and Masterworks Music (again, to name a few).

Chuggin Edits X Slow Mo Lounge

Belfast-based DJ, producer and founder of super label, Hot Digits Music, Fingerman, and South African pioneers in everything Disco, Nu-Disco & Editorial, Slow Mo Lounge, have collaborated on the next mix in the series.

Portsmouth native, Gregg Holmes, professionally known as Fingerman, is arguably the edit king in his own right. His thumb print signature can be found on works by DiscoDat, ChopShop, Chewy Records, Hot Digits Music (his own label), We Mean Disco!!, the legendary Hotbox Boogie, Wall of Fame LTD, Re- Loved & Midnight Riot. 

Kongisto had this to say about the mix: 'This collab is long-awaited, Gregg and I have been talking for months about this, to see it come to fruition is unreal. Dropping edits alongside Fingerman is a dream come true, I brought my A-game, I really hope that it's audible.
