Some petitioners to Tyr in Lunia - this was created for some new areas present in Baldur's Gate 2: Enhanced Edition.

The music was designed to be a loopable pad, which was placed in the area as a specific ambient so the player could check it out and move away from it as needed.

We recorded this in a basement, and I added all the processing (and did some editing) to make it a loopable file suitable for in-game use.

THis is just Mario 64's Dire Dire Docks fed through the Xpand2 plugin in Pro Tools, and with some custom instruments picked out. I love this song, and just figured I'd give it a shot while I was experimenting with importing midi into pro tools and mucking with it.

Picked what sounded like a decent Zora's Domain midi file, gave it similar treatment to Mario 64. Fun times!

I made this in class @ VFS today as part of a sampling exercise, using Pro Tools 9 and Native Instruments Kontakt.

Recorded all the source material myself, using mah voice. Just random sounds like "boom", "chuk", "shh" etc.

Anyway, thought it was rad and I'd share for the hell of it.

This assignment was an interesting challenge. The gist of it was to create a soundscape that one could describe using words or an image to set the person up, and make it feel alive and full of depth in only 60-90 seconds. So... Soundscape Sound Design - Sampling

This song is one of the first fully-featured songs I composed and orchestrated.

All the instruments are very simplistic - I relied on the free ones from Pro Tools (XPand), for this particular demo. I now have access to some much more professional VST setups, so I'm likely to re-voice this piece at a later date (as well as include some more of the others I've created).
