I'm in crunch period with grad school right now so this is the first song I'ev produced in November!  ACK!  I took my kid to the music store to get him a sax and they had all these pretty ukes and mandos about and I realized I hadn't played mine in quite a while--that'll change, there's no reason I can't squeeze in a half hour of instrumentin' each day!  Anyway, this song is 100% uke and it was made in under 20 mins....and I haven't played the uke in MONTHS

sure I have many, many presentations and major papers due in the next few weeks but then I had to be reminded of how much I love playing my uke.  So tonight I took a half hour out to make a new song...incorporated some vox.

I signed up for this project. It is to produce 12 original songs in 12 hours, 12 times a year.  I've been in a bit of a music mania right now so this ended up being pretty easy.  A few of them took more than an hour, most took well under an hour--about a half hour...

this song happened in like 10 minutes, i liked its simplicity...(i know i can tend to overload on sounds n' stuff).  its about my life in mid aug 2001 to mid sep 2001....totally came outta nowhere...
