So this mix is years overdue... As a DJ who started out playing strictly DnB I used to have a secret hate on for house music. House was always a dirty word in my vocabulary but over the years, especially during the pandemic I started to dig it more and more. My doctor said there was nothing wrong with me, it's perfectly normal to like house music.😅 I'm no aficionado but, for a while, I've wanted to put together a bunch of my favorite housey & garagey tunes. So here it is, my first ever House (and a little garage) mix Durty Wurd! Perfect for summer time boogies, road trips, pool parties, orgies etc...

"10 years of Bliss Coast and the journey goes on. Each year has been a monumental effort and my long-term goal to achieve 10 volumes comes to completion with the release of Muse & Marvel. Over the years many fans have told me how much they still love volume 1, Grass & Gospel. So to round out the series I decided to revisit the year one theme and produce another set of bluegrass and gospel songs refreshed for the festival dancefloor and maximum smiles. 2 years later,  Its still hard to believe that our friend Pumpkin is gone.  I had DJ'd a show with Nicholas in San Fransisco just 1 week before the accident and I'll never forget the morning I woke up to the news of his passing.  I instantly felt the hearts of so many being shattered including my own.  Since that time all I have felt is those shattered hearts come together and become stronger as Nicks legacy, music, and love lives on with us everyday.

Pumpkin will always be one of my favorite DJ's with his impeccable taste and the ability to touch the hearts of everyone on the dance floor thru music. This tribute mix was recorded following his Celebration of Life on Monday April 4th, 2016 and shared with some of Nicks closest friends at the Boogaloo Crew HQ in Los Angeles <3
