another antsy night with a bitter pill to swallow

Dull

The Self confronts the personification of all evil in his life. Through a purge of forgiveness and surrender, he abandons the evil. He is blasted between the horns of this negative personification and sent back to the Creator. The Creator judges his spirit and sees he has cleansed himself. Upon this verification, angels deliver him back to his physical dimension. After he awakens in the physical realm, he decides to walk out into the place his journey began. He sits on the floor with his newfound clarity of spirit. What once was a wasteland is now a rich ecosystem. Where sand once ruled, now trees, flowers, and vines thrive. He is at peace. A monster turns to him, without intention to attack. The monster sees the same, unchanging desert wasteland that he is accustomed to.

III: Metamorphosis

After separating from his physical body, the Self discovers the beauties of the astral realm, and land he has not seen. He goes to a riverbank nearby to touch the water. It goes through his astral body. Across the river he sees a garden, guarded by two black antelopes. He approaches the antelope with intention of entering the garden. The antelope stare at him, as if they could see his true self through his eyes. They each put a horn together and poke a hole in between the eyebrows of the Self. He now has permission into the garden. Upon entering he smells scents he has not smelled, and hears sounds he has not heard. The grass below him was something he had never experienced touching. He finds that he is surrounded by trees growing gold berries. Curious, he snags one off a tree and eats it. Colors begin to blend together. All of the sounds he heard became one. Suddenly, five small beings appear around him. Each being represents one of the human senses. Crashing down on top of these beings came two larger beings. One black and one white. They represent awareness and the duality of nature. They close in on him until he is completely smothered between the two. His astral body begins to fade between them, and he is sucked into them. This sends him to the Judging Spectre of the Creator. The colossal, divine entity confronts him. Angels appear beside him and they grab the Self. They begin ripping the Self into pieces, limb by limb. He is now nothing but a diamond. He is only pure awareness and has no form. The Creator gives this diamond a good, long stare. He views the Self's soul without any other factors to judge. He then raises his hand up and pings down on the diamond with his sharp nail. This send the diamond plummeting down. He transparently morphs through the garden on the astral earth. He continues to go down all the way to the center of this astral planet. He finally lands on a hot rock, surrounded by lava and terrifying beings. He realizes that he now has his astral body back. A shadow begins to walk toward him from a distance. As it gains closer, he begins to make out what the shadow is. He is disgusted, horrified, and shameful. It is his personal devil, the personification of all his evil.

II: Purification

The Self wakes up in the same desert wasteland he is used to. Today, monsters were already on his tracks. He sees two of them in the distance. Their heads the shape of sideways lemons with overwhelming cat-like eyes in the middle. They have a small body that connects to many tentacles. They both have one arm that is a thick machete-type weapon. They get closer to the Self. The Self begins to run away, so they move toward him faster. He continues to run, but they only seem to get closer and closer. He sees a cave ahead of him that he could jump into for protection. The monsters are only a few feet behind him. He jumps into the cave, unaware that it goes straight down. He falls painfully until finally hitting a solid floor. He lays there in fear and pain. He closes his eyes and relaxes. In his mind's eye, seven animals appear. An elephant, crocodile, ram, antelope, white elephant, black antelope, and an egg. They start to walk their way towards his brain. They pick and bite at his pineal gland until it bursts. They are disintegrated in color, shooting out of the third eye of the Self and splattering on the walls around him. He starts to feel an intense vibration inside himself that he has never felt before. A loud, high-pitch frequency blinds his ears. After a few minutes of worry, the vibration dies down. He lifts his arm up to push himself up, but notices that his arm looks different. It looks...transparent. He raises another arm and sees the same thing. He jets his body up and hears a loud pop. He is now floating above his physical body. He hovers there in shock. His awareness is...outside of his physical body. He has taken on a body beyond physical limitations. He flies up and out of the cave, only to see an entirely new land. He has not seen it before, but it feels strikingly familiar. He is now in the astral realm.
