On my recent visit to California, Gloria and I had a chance to meet up.  I shared this chant with her that I learned at the AMTA music therapy conference.  I've been sharing it in our COVID 19 Sound Healing project and many people have requested a recording.  Sung by Gloria Taylor & Christine Stevens; piano and guitar.

When I Breathe In, I Breathe In Peace

Four steps;  
First massage your head and temples. 
Second practice the long exhale on the sound sssssss
Third play with any vowel, going along with the track 
Forth choose one word and play with vocal improvisation on that word.
