Since he was 14 Ishtadi embraced the yoga practice and later extensively travelled India, living with monks, nuns, siddhas, saddhus, yogis, musicians and a variety of therapists and healers. His mission is to transform these ancient experiences of knowledge into contemporary immersive culture.

Ishtadi interweaves sounds of nature to musical landscapes, combining field-recordings with electronic synthesis, organic rhythms and harmonies. Awakening the genetically imprinted being inside, inviting the body and mind to slow down, in order to dive deep - into the now.

Ishtadi is the founder of VibroAcoustics, Nature Tales, Ecstatic Dance Copenhagen, Nordic Ecstatic Dance Association, Cacao CPH and a variety of concert and party concepts.

In sanskrit, “Ishtadi” means purification of the senses - the prerequisite of being absorbed in presence.

"This set was improvised by sensing the moment and what was in the energy of the space, and the vibrating floor made everything vibrate. It was a journey for me and I’m grateful for the travelers who joined it that evening. I hope it could be one for you as well."

ROSYAN is the solo project of the Danish/Iranian composer, cellist and sound artist Rosanna Lorenzen. With the cello in the lead role, she explores the instrument and its possibilities, both acoustically and through electronic manipulation, where new unpredictable sound patterns emerge, from fragile passages to raw and massive – often combined with field recordings, unpolished and processed. In her atmospheric, cellotronic soundscapes, she continuously balances between improvisation and predetermined form.	
		
She works and collaborates across genres, with other musicians, visual artists and performance artists. She has performed at the sound wells in Frederiksberg, on a bass- vibrating floor, a dome in Berlin, played sleep concerts, composed an audiovisual piece in an 18 meter tall oil tank in Sweden with 25 seconds of reverberation, to the Cathedral of Copenhagen, SPOT festival, SPOR festival and Danish Radio Concert Hall.	
	
Rosanna Lorenzen is currently studying for a Master's Degree at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen.

"I titled this journey “Resurgence” because this past winter in the mountains was a period of pause, seemingly in nature, personally, artistically, and socially. Having taken a 6-month break from mixing and in large part music, one day in spring (which happens in June where I live) I felt something awaken and went to mix the sounds that drew me to creation: organic, deep, rhythmic, dubby, glistening with space here and there. Sober at last, this is my first mix under a new moniker (𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒊𝒂) which encapsulates the experience of being transformed in heart and mind, through His Light and Truth, which I follow. It brings me great joy to share this revival of spirit!"

The artist currently resides in the mountains of Colorado USA, and has been a reclusive DJ since 2017. Preferring the deeper sounds of techno and ambient, her mixes offer a non-linear story with meaning that dovetails the heart and mind.

"This is a meditative journey.
Sit or lay comfortable, close your eyes and stop thinking. Let the music guide you through the infinite landscapes of your soul."

Born and raised between the fantastic mountain valleys of the Italian Dolomites and the industrial city of Ludwigshafen in Germany.
Spent most of his childhood playing in the woods. This past still connects him inseparably from nature and its forms of life.
He tries to convey this feeling of the infinite timelessness of the soul of nature with music in an understandable language.
Words can only approximate this.

His DJ sets are always driving, ritualistic.
Natural sounds and hypnotic melodies allow the listener to reach another state of consciousness.

This is how he describes his vision:
 “when time and space lose their meaning, when everyone is connected in unison to the music, united in one energy bubble, 
then the perfect state is reached. 
No thought separates us from the great unit. Only knowledge and joy move us to the beat“.

His productions are experimental, unorthodox. Since he is not a musician, he uses this "ignorance" and the freedom that results from it. 
Hypnotic rhythms and driving beats characterize his tracks, always filled with natural sounds.
The listener is transported in a space that seems to exist between the stars. Deep in his heart he believes in infinity and that time and space are only imaginations.
His goal is to express these inner feelings with music, so in 2021 he set out to develop his musical language.


“This journey will be endless, full of universes yet to be explored and they are all within us“.

Nature Tales Mix #8: Respira - Complex Singularity

Aleksander Ling aka Echo and Rauschen has been supporting us with his listening ears and his love since the beginning of the Nature Tales channel. We are happy to finally present one of his epic lengthy mixes here - the first of two that he has done for us - showing his everlasting passion for deep dreamy soundscapes and the sounds of nature.

"Looking back on the previous parts of the tropical mysteries, one quickly notices that the jungle journeys have become longer and longer. Ambient has always been a pleasant companion in my life. The yearning and the desire for deep relaxation has grown in recent years and especially in recent months and therefore probably the urge to immerse deeper and deeper into the rain forest with its secrets, and delay the return.

Nature Tales Mix #11: Echo and Rauschen - Tropical Mysteries

"In the Nada Brahma book I find the words:
"with the Sufis is the name of the original sound "Saute Surmad": 
the sound that fills space. "
In this mix there's a track from Chi Factory's Hanyo v. Oosterrom called "Saute Soermad", I think he means it too. 
I think that's how it could have started.

Spiritual travel is my second mix for the great guys of "Nature Tales". Planned as a "one and only mix", it quickly became clear that the multiplicity of tracks and the somewhat different mood required a split into two mixes. "Spiritual Journey" has definitely become darker than the "Tropical Mysteries" version. It was a long way from planning, track selection and tricky in the details. I hope you like it."

Nature Tales Mix #16: Atmøsphäre - Explorer

Markus Trige Frandsen AKA Respira is one of the co-founders of Nature Tales and a resident musician of The Vibroacoustic Studio in Copenhagen. For the past 2 years his creative work has mainly been centered around music performance for yoga and meditation. Creating soundscapes of free form and fluidity, exploring texture and depth and playing with the contrasts and similarities of organic and electronic sound, he aims towards union and coherence between nature and technology.

“Since being invited to participate in the multi-sensory installation The Vesica Project one year ago, I’ve had the honor to work with sound and vibroacoustic technology together. In this case meaning a floor turned into a subsonic speaker, vibrating the body of the listener lying on it, creating a physical dimension of the music which can be an extremely relaxing, sleep inducing and even pain-relieving experience.

In May, Nature Tales opened up The Vibroacoustic Studio in Copenhagen and the exploration of this fusion of art and technology is now going strong, with weekly sessions of sound-massage, movement, yoga and concerts.

This is the first of two short sets I played for our introduction sessions for Vibroacoustic Sound Massage on the 5th of July 2020 - an improvised journey combining deep synthetic atmospheres, traditional acoustic sound-healing elements and field recordings”
