At some point in life, we all come across fake friends, who pretend to care and drag you into the abyss. The lyrics channel the raw frustration of being used, betrayed and misled. Rapture is a new collaboration between the Beating Edge and Joe Stroffolino, following the awesome 'Asteroids (The Original Was Better) (https://soundcloud.com/beatingedge/asteroids-the-original-was).
