After a longer period, while working hard behind the scenes, better and improved CULTRAVIBE is returning back to its listeners with brand new weekly mixtapes, exclusive special editions and long awaited creative musical projects, that we hope to present you in the near future, delivering the best possible sound experience.

It's been an active time, full of exciting energy in the air, as we've been communicating and sharing future plans/ideas with our friends across the globe, so we all can collectively support each other and push this culture forward. 
The hard work doesn't stop and we are enjoying every single moment of it, while it gives us a chance to learn something new and make improvements.

With this good vibes mentality we keep marching forward to our newest episode #096 in which we are very pleased to introduce you to our dear family friend from Amsterdam, Netherlands - Joa Sopacua also known as @augustmae as this week's special guest, delivering you super lovely and energetic tape which is flowing real nice and would be a great addition to your playlist, while you've been enjoying Spring season and doing all the activities inside/outside.

August Mae is an Moluccan DJ/Musician/Producer who's deep love and passion for music led him to making melodies as a young boy. With his father playing the guitar and his mother being a singer, it is no wonder that he grew up around music, while spending time to play instruments such as the guitar and piano. 
Coming from a strong church going household, he was raised around music genres as: Jazz, RnB, Soul, Funk and 90's Hip-Hop. 

When you spend time digging in to @augustmae work, you can hear lots of influences into his productions. Everything from RnB to Future, from soul to Baile Funk, and everything thatʼs in between, or even is fused together. For August it is important to keep searching for new sounds, to make music with or to combine all kinds of elements.
Currently August is working hard on his “Club Edits/Remixes” pack that has to come out before the start of Summer season.
Other than the “Club Edits/Remixes” release, August is also busy with lots of other projects, with different kinds of talented artists.
There is a shit load of new stuff coming your way very soon!

Joao Maceo Pieris also known as JMAC is Amsterdam, Netherlands based DJ and producer. His first steps as DJ goes back to 2013, when he and his brother founded musical duo "The Syndicate" and after some time later they both went separate ways as Joao decided to continue his career and make his way in local music scene. 

For these past few years, he has been working hard on producing new tracks, which can be described as beautiful blend of soulful, funky and riddims sound elements, while getting huge inspiration from early classics to more modern music, creating energetic and mood uplifting vibes all around🌐🎶

His creative work has been featured on many music platforms across the globe - from Soulection Radio, Infinit Blog, Complexion's "Future Beats Show" to exclusive releases on Sosodality and Culture Vibes Movement.

Jmac has much more prepared for you, as he's been currently working on brand new edits pack + he will keep releasing his well curated "Macstape" sessions every two months, so keep your eyes and ears open for these upcoming releases.
