If any Hip-Hop producers are reading this and sometimes feel they are drawing blanks when trying to work out a new melody to carry a song try this;

1. Find any House or Trance REX/Apple file of a melody/riff (like the bassline synth melody that warps at the end of its 16 beat melody that I've used in this song(( which was a 118bpm Tempo)), and then apply it to your 80bpm-100bpm beat and you might be amazed on just how good the dance music melodies can work in the fine art world known as Hip-Hop.

2. Sprinkle a little piano and flip a few vocal stems or phrases and bam you can create something like this song in under 1 hour depending if you have a rough idea the direction you're heading with each song/beat

3 K.I.S.S factor (Keep It Simple Stupid), don't over complicate the mix - do that in the actual song arrangement but keep to the old industry song structure;

Follow that standard in song creation and your songs should realistically finish around the 3.5-4.5 minute duration making your songs ideal for radio unless creating extended or long drawn out intro-outros.

Hope this tiny but sound advice helps any of the new upcoming producer's or artist's who are still finding their legs progress and most of all the most important information I can ever give you is this;

KEEP GOING - NEVER GIVE UP - MUSIC IS PASSION - MUSIC IS LIFE - never be disheartened when hearing other artist/producers songs thinking you will never be able to create such mastery - YOU WILL - as music is about scaling levels in creation and producing and takes time. I cry when I hear a song that really moves me...its rare but it happens as I hear a song that I knew I would've created down the path and I feel the song created but that's my drive to keep producing keep creating as you will find  pockets in song creations and that's when you run with that flow. I'm told daily my music and producing is shit even by family... and that's fine as it means they are not the people I want around me in future with negativity for their own personal lack of confidence or self esteem & lack of commitment to do anything for themselves. Just be true to yourself and create slightly outside of the box and forget the current trends in music as you already missed that ride but rather create how you feel and the styles you like as one thing is always going to happen in the music industry and that is old genres re-appear but will you have songs ready in those genres so never stop creating and save everything and you will in-turn create future masterpieces         I GUARANTEE IT!!!
