Naza steps up to the PERPLEX! label with a hot new tune that comes backed with a remix from El Mundo.

Melhor Dia means "best day" and refers to Friday night being the best day to start the weekend. The track is an exquisite seven minute journey with majestic synth work. It is bright and full of emotion as it unfolds in dramatic fashion over the succulent and rolling drums. A very Brasilian vibe with its many instruments and percussion. Afro house never sounded so good.

Melhor Dia (El Mundo Remix) then slows things down. The drums become more chunky, but the synths are just as expressive and bright, as they unfold in louche patterns up top.

This is a standout package of afro house magic

Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, Fassi found his way to electronic music only when he moved to Montreal, discovering the city's eclectic club scene. After months practicing his craftsmanship as a DJ, he quickly saw himself warming-up for rising artists such as Lake People or Good Guy Mikesh, as well as playing in the same parties as top-notch performers like Recondite and John Tejada.His production talents have top now been recognised by labels such as Bar25 Music, Art Vibes Music and Motek to name three.

Now comes his debut for Stripped Recordings featuring Brazilian vocalist Malvina Lacerda "Desejo Luoco" which features two remixes accompanying the Original. First up Canadian duo Day by Day with a melodic techno interpretation also making their first appearance on the label after considerable success on labels such as fryhide, Sudbeat, and Beat Boutique. Taking us in a a deep, organic journey from Greece comes VieL making his second appearance as a remixer following his first back in 2018..

Avidus is back on Hommage with their single ‘Dunes’ including remixes from Jesse Trinidad and Oberheimer. The duo, AKA Marc Wolf and Fritz Wagner, hail from Kiel in Germany and bring very different but complementary influences to the project. Malaga native German Brigante has been serving up polished underground sounds on labels like MonaBerry and Dynamic for many years. His meticulous melodies find favour with the likes of Dixon and he runs his own Manitox label. Yamil, meanwhile, is a label regular with a rich and worldly style that often takes him to the top of digital charts as well as some of the world's finest clubs. Their superb new single features the voice and percussion of producer, singer and percussionist G.Zamora, who turns in one of his deepest performances. He sings about an inner journey where the mind is always analysing and trying to take the positives from life which in turn makes the earthly path more transcendental. 'Sigue Tu Camino' Feat. G.Zamora is a deeply hypnotic Afro-house cut with spiritual synths. The organic percussion peppers the supple drums and G.Zamora's vocal casts an almighty spell. It is the sort of life-enriching track that will form the highlight of any set, such is the realness of its emotions. Afro-house music doesn't come more stylish and classy than this new single from the connected label.

"Having already appeared on Flying Circus Recordings with a killer collaboration with Maga back in 2019, DJ & producer Nhii goes on a solo venture with his new single ‘Closer’ featuring Shrii. Remixes are provided by Yulia Niko and Rony Seikaly, and the package is sealed off with another sweet production from the Brookyln based German artist.

In its original mix, ‘Closer’ is a pulsing and peppy slice of mystical and engrossing dance music, lightly dipped in reverb, and featuring a infectious vocal performance from Shrii, all delivered with the sophistication and elegance one would expect for a Flying Circus release.

Mannheim based Yulia Niko supplies the first of the remixes of ‘Closer’. The rising DJ/producer has hugely impressed via releases on esteemed labels like Watergate, 8Bit, Rebellion and Get Physical, and on her remix deploys a effervescent acid line and dubby chords whilst chopping up and twisting Shrii’s vocal for a pure transcendental workout.

Lebanese/US producer Rony Seikaly turns in the second remix on this bustling EP. Fueled by an early love of US house music, Seikaly has gone on to forge a sound and style that has graced labels like Moon Harbour, Voltaire Music as well as his own Stride imprint. His deep and seductive remix really works a treat here.
Closing the EP, Nhii pops in a second original production with ‘White Box’. 
Melodic synths bounce off a mechanical yet funky rhythm, soft kicks and deft percussion propel this hypnotizing and graceful track, and if a fitting finale to a stand out release on Audiofly’s established label."
