Maik Helm is a high-rated underground DJ and Producer from Stuttgart, Germany. His music is a supplementary mix of hypnotizing and somber elements, added with driving drums and distorting creations. His productions are influenced by early rave-techno, gabber and hardcore. All in all he brings destruction to the dancefloor.

Manuel aka Bamburinihio , a 23 year old DJ from near Stuttgart / Germany.
At the age of 17 he fell in love with techno and its scene. Since then he has been to clubs every weekend and started DJing in March 2019.
His style of music is very varied and versatile. He prefers to play fast , hard and groovie , so you fall into a trance with his music and be mesmerized by the sexy impulsive Basslines.

Luca Mencarelli is an 26 year old DJ and lives near Stuttgart. 
He‘s currently working on his own Tracks and works on becoming a Producer. 
He is at home in hard techno and his sound is characterized by hard kicks and sharp heads, paired with hard groove beats and well-placed vocals. 
By playing with Backspins and fast Breaks he creates his unique Sound, with an explosiv and driving Vibe, which makes it really hard to stand still.

Louis as Two Blame, is a 20 year old, stuttgart underground DJ. He learned the most by his own equipment. His music direction is driving, without long breaks and deep basses. 
Since this year he is also founder of ophois records.

GROOVECAST 005 // TWO BLAME

26-year-old techno DJ based in Heilbronn, Germany. Called Chylla, a name that sounds a bit strange at first. Because you wouldn’t guess from the name what a raw sound defined by dark force and industrial vibes awaits you. Chylla pulls everyone into the dark that they forget where they are and makes them dance without a break. Recently he has been working on becoming a producer and is already developing his own tracks that reflect his hard, industrial sound.

The 24 year old stuttgarter dj “nazz” has been falling in love with groove music over the last two years. Her journey to groove started with producing drum and bass tracks and finding out how more kicks and hats have a positive influence on the track. After that she started looking for groove tracks and is still adding new tracks to her playlist today. Compared to mixing hardtechno nazz prefers the therapeutic and more interesting sound of groove tracks and mixing them (but also likes the energy of mixing hardtechno tracks). Playing a groove set in the club is also a complete different vibe and feeling which nazz really enjoys. Hope you can feel the groovy vibes too and enjoy the set

Lukas better known as “Bassmus” is a 20 year old hardgroove/hardtechno DJ.
When he asked himself how he could combine his name with his passion he immediately got the idea to turn his last name “Assmus” into “Bassmus”, which is now his artist name and can be well remembered.
He is known to convince through his fast sounds and thrilling basses.

These are the three words that describe Gina’s style at best.  She mostly plays Hard- & Acidtechno, but also switches to Hardgroove from time to time.  Their tempo is between 145-165 bpm depending on the genre.

 G!NA inherited her passion from her mother, who used to be Djane herself and even played live techno music until she was 8 months pregnant.

 As a child, G!NA regularly accompanied her mom to her studio, as she was enthused and interested from an early age.

 Finally, in 2018, G!NA started to take the work into her own hands and since then she has been sharing her passion with us here with a lot of heart and soul!

Grauzone Podcast 023 – nazz

Duontos is a hardgroove, hardtechno DJ and Producer from Liechtenstein. Since 3 years. He is known in the swiss underground scene for his unique hard and groovy sets from 142-156 bpm with up to 4 channels. The fascinating thing is how variable his sets are built progressively with dark groove melodies and that in a perfection with multiple changes.

Marcel is a Techno DJ from Göppingen who developed his sound pretty much over the last decade. Just by listening to his sets you can hear that he loves to transmit a good feeling to the audience. Most of the time he's doing that with some catchy house melodies or some dirty hiphop vocals. The 28 year old co-founder of the collective Diffraction gave us a 3 hour recording from a gig at Climax Institues, Stuttgart, which fits in this groovecast very well. Enjoy!

this time you can hear me from my somewhat faster side. since i played after hadone i went up in speed from 146-149bpm and created a relatively pressure-heavy groove and closed with one of my favorite tracks towards the end.
