Nicholas “Nic” Glennie, a singer-songwriter, draws inspiration from the Indie genre and the dreamy atmospheres of Cigarettes After Sex, infusing his music with themes of love, loss, and personal introspection. Beginning his musical journey at age 12, Nic struggled initially to find the right words for his lyrical vision, but over time, he honed his craft, discovering the power of music as emotional expression.

His debut single, NPC Side Quest , created in collaboration with friend Caleb Hartzenberg, marked a turning point. This sparked Nic's shift from electronic experimentation to the intimate realms of indie music, aligning more closely with his artistic vision.

Since 2023, alongside YouTube and academic pursuits, Nic has been crafting heartfelt compositions, such as E , a tribute to his girlfriend, penned during a soul-searching trip to Thailand. With an upcoming debut album, Nic aims to blend Cigarettes After Sex’s dreamy style with his own twists, captivating listeners with soul-stirring melodies and poignant lyricism.
