Thinking About You is the first single lifted from @Birdee's upcoming Disco Funkin' mix album which lands via the always excellent @Bombstrikes at the end of the month. Thinking About You is a perfect Summer disco single perfectly crafted for boat and pool parties alike with it's groove heavy bassline, chic-esque guitar licks and immediate and insanely catchy vocal loop. This is as near to perfect a slice of disco house music as you are likely to find in 2021, something that Birdee is becoming renowned for.

I was honoured to be asked to do a remix of D:Ream. The parts they sent were so sublime. It was during one of those many lockdown things we don't talk about any more and it was great to work on something of such a high quality. And at the time the message in the music meant a lot to me.

The mix is dedicated to my amigo Mark Bartlett and Nuly Hassan who taught me many things about friendship and compassion during what was difficult time for me. They taught me that helping others is the best way to help yourselves and that in strangers you can sometimes find your way again. Big love to them both as they made love cool again.
