I feel like the main beat & vocals could start here because you've already got all this build up to 1 minute in and then falls back down when it should be hitting

All of this is musically wonderful.. maybe some random swishes and washes in the background if anything

Move this part up to the 2:50 mark and have the oooohhh I'm blinded by the light vox and let the rest of the part run.

I like this outro. Overall I think you could do some trimming and sectional changes that will get the song to more of a 3:30-3:45 length and have it more digestable for todays audience. Just my own opinion of course.
