Gefangen im Strudel 

Die Gedanken rotieren im Kreis und verbleiben doch auf der Stelle. Apathisch drehe ich mich von links nach rechts und dann wieder von rechts nach links. Um mich herum ist es dunkel. Von Zeit zu Zeit falle ich in einen traumlosen Schlaf. Dann schrecke ich wieder hoch. 3 Stunden sind vergangen, doch ich fühle mich trotzdem ausgelaugt und schwach. Deshalb liege ich einfach nur da. Ich versuche mittlerweile gar nicht mehr meine Gedanken aktiv zu beeinflussen. Ich habe mich dahingehend aufgegeben und akzeptierte meine miserable Verfassung. Wahrscheinlich bin ich mit meinem jetzigen Zustand einer Depression so nah wie nie zuvor. Doch in diesem Moment bleibt mir nichts anders übrig, als mich dieser Schwere hinzugeben und mich in den Strudel der Negativität und Passivität gleiten zu lassen. 

Der Podcast von Hools verbreitet eine melodisch-akzentuierte Atmosphäre der Hoffnung und Zuversicht. Jeder Takt wirkt stimmig und trifft auf tief schlummernde Emotionen. Die Frequenzen wirken aktivierend. Die Gefühle wollen gefühlt und gelebt werden, ganz gleich ob sie positiver oder negativer Natur sind.

Amsterdam Dance Event 2022 | The Karismatik Cirkus | RONJA

Berlin-based Mona Moore has been a passionate lover of electronic music since the year 2000. Sooner or later, she just had to venture behind the decks. She had her debut in what she now calls "her living room" - the iconic Berlin club, KaterBlau. Since then, she has performed innumerable times both within and outside of the capital. 

Over the last year or so, Moore has entered the production side of things with original releases on Katz&Kauz and Rebellion der Traumer. Mona describes her music as describes a deep, groovy and melodic techno / deep house. Her philosophy when she is playing: "Sharing the love of music and thereby forgetting a few hours of space and time"

We have been following Mona Moore for a couple of years now, and love her unique take on melodic techno. We are super grateful for this exclusive mix, Institution 069: Mona Moore

In November 2022, the SeaWatch 5 was christened in Hamburg and the invitation to play three hours on the SeaWatch Floor at Waagenbau was and is a great honor for me. We can only guess what is going on out there, e.g. in the Mediterranean. But what is real is my respect for those of us who save lives. even if the fat years are over - I think we are all doing well. in my opinion, each of us can ensure a better Europe. for example with a gift donation for the Sea Watch 5. An eventful year is coming to an end. We have reached many milestones with our podcast series and our record label. In addition, we could finally continue our own event series and invited many friends to play in our living room. An absolute highlight was our summer tour with gigs in Gran Canaria and Thailand. Bio

Nebu Mitte has made a name for himself in the electronic scene in some places like Berlin, Ibiza, or Madrid, where he is currently located. Best known for his versatility, He draws from a variety of influences including: Downtempo, Organic House, emotive Techno, Dark Disco, Progressive and even Experimental Ambient. Carefully mixes to bring deeply nuanced vibes and moments of ecstasy flavoured with nostalgia. 
His professional story began in 2009 when the DJ and producer decided to make a full commitment to a life long passion for music. 
Over the years, he has explored a variety of styles which allowed a broader understanding of his own creative self and ability to connect to the environments and elements around him. 
A sensibility that has proven to be a key component to his live sessions in which he is able to take the public on a journey within themselves. As the sets flow, much like a movie, a story is told and lived through the beats. Throughout his career, he has partnered with important labels such as Deepalma Records, Camel Riders, Lump Records and Kosa.
