Gyvenimas tarsi amerikietiški kalneliai - pilnas pakilimų ir nuosmukių. Kiekvieno žmogaus gyvenime būna dienų, kai atrodo, jog viskas prarasta ir keliauji vis žemyn. Tačiau, neverta nusiminti, nes būtent tokios nesmagios kelionės gali privesti prie smagių siurprizų ir įkvėpti didiems dalykams. O įkvėpimas dažnai būna daug arčiau, nei atrodo. Šiandienos svečias ERRANT prieš pradedant groti buvo dažnas klubo "Kablys" lankytojas. Magišką 2018-tųjų naktį, bešokant renginyje "Knocturne: Tommy Four Seven", atlikėją aplankė noras išbandyti save kitoje barikadų pusėje. Įkvėpimas tapo puikiu vaikino palydovu gyvenime - ERRANT per trejus metus jau spėjo užkariauti kitų šokėjų širdis įvairiuose renginiuose, tokiuose kaip Darkroom, Ištvermė bei visiems puikiai žinomame festivalyje - Cape Kablys. Atlikėjo slapyvardis ERRANT išvertus reiškia "paklydęs" ir tai puikiai apibūdina vaikino muzikos stilių - pastoviai besikeičiantis, nuo indie ir dark disco iki ebm, breaks, electro bei techno. Į pagalbą pasitelkdamas įvairius muzikos stilius ERRANT bando atrasti save. Tad pasileiskite į nenuspėjamą garsų kelionę, galbūt joje atrasite įkvėpimo gyvenimo pokyčiams.

This is a release against the violation of human rights and abuse of the Chilean people by the government and the military police army.
This is the call to a social change from a group of artists united in a humanitarian cause. This is the shout of strength and support from the global techno music community.

La furia del Pueblo is an album that we have been working on for almost two months in which artists from different places of the world have collaborated, to demonstrate the union and support that is being given to the people from Chile, who has been fighting and demanding dignity; but at the same time being vilely repressed by military and armed police that has abused and violated human rights in countless occasions, the current government and particularly President Sebastian Piñera being the absolute culprit of everything that has been happening.
This release aims to make all this go out to the world and that people know that we are united and support this type of instances, that we are not only producers or djs thinking about parties, drugs and excesses as they want to make us see the media normally.
Adicionally the money left by the sales in digital format of these tracks will be given to people in a street situation in the form of food and shelter, since they are the most unprotected, because they have absolutely no help from anyone. A few years ago we worked with an Ong and we do not like how they work, they were very transparent, so we will do this work with my family and friends, as we have done since the movement started, there are many ways to help and this It can be one more.
It is time to give a furious shout through techno music and show that we are just parties and drugs as they usually stigmatize us. La Furia del Pueblo is a shout of strength and support from several of the most influential artists of techno music yesterday and today managed and runned by Utch Records and will be available on December 30 in our bandcamp and from January 17, 2020 on all digital platforms.

When I first started DJ-ing I was influenced most by the music of my hometown. But second to that, I was obsessed with UK dance music and club culture. I bought every DJ magazine. I listened to every Essential Mix. So when I found out I was going to do the mix, I wanted to put a special focus at certain points on UK dance music - because after all this is for Radio 1.

It was important to me to create a peak time club set because that is what I’m missing most right now.  I wanted to give a snapshot of what you would hear if you heard me in a club today - all the different styles of dance music mixed together.

I only call out 4 “Elliott Edits” in the tracklist because those are the ones I changed the most and have played many times in clubs.  But actually every track on this mix is edited.  Like putting together a puzzle except you can change the shape of the pieces slightly to tell a smoother, more concise, story.

In the “Mix CD” days, DJ’s approached a mix with the same amount of time and effort as an album.  When I do a mix like this (or my Panorama Mix, or my Fabric CD) I hold myself to those same standards, and I hope you can hear that within.
