About The Fisherman & The Sea:
Graduating through grunge-induced rock [Kia], fists-in-the-air hard rock [Blickfang] and Beatles-que pop [Those Fine Young Men] into his own as a singer-songwriter, The Fisherman & The Sea released their debut EP ’Beggar Princess’ to the echoes of Mumford & Sons, Stone Temple Pilots and Ryan Adams on August 16th. 

The Fisherman, a Finnish-German singer-songwriter (his mother is from the Finnish island of Hailuoto and his father hailing from the biggest German harbour city of Hamburg), embraces the constant restlessness of his soul in his music, marrying the unexpected – grunge with folk pop, a cajón drum set with a blaring guitar amp, or, as it were, hurt with humour.
