Finally I have a version that is not broken! I'm reupolading it 3rd time and I think this time it's the one that's best played so far, however I still make some mistakes. I tried to keep up a faster tempo to make it similar to Leon Fleischer's version. When it's played too slowly, it is kinda dreamy and I think - less emotional.
It was not played on a real piano - instead it was recorded using Pianoteq VST Piano and CME UF-80 MIDI keyboard. I'm really pleased with Pianoteq - for me it sounds as realistic as the real piano and it's not only cheaper than most of the high quality virtual pianos, but it also takes only 40MB disk space and works really fast even on slow computers. They did an outstanding job creating a mathematical model for piano, that literally beats up any sample based model I've ever heard.

Tuesday Night New Music is a student-run, faculty-supervised concert series that offers the opportunity to hear music by the next generation of composers: current New England Conservatory composition students.

The series is directed by Stephanie Ann Boyd under the supervision of composition chair Michael Gandolfi. Founded by Lee Hyla in the early 1990s, Tuesday Night New Music is funded in part this season by a grant from the NEC Entrepreneurial Musicianship department.

After his acclaimed explorations of such Handel operas as Giulio Cesare and Rinaldo, René Jacobs now tackles the first great operatic success of the ‘caro Sassone' (Venice, 1710), the climax of his Italian period. This version reconstructs the work in its original conception, the only one to combine explosive topicality with extreme dramatic cogency. As a result, this tale of amorous intrigues against a background of Roman history, the ‘prequel' to Monteverdi's L'incoronazione di Poppea, emerges more fascinating than ever.
