Style of beat Craig Mack used to love ripping in the 90's...
It's his voice you hear throughout the whole track!

Instro is made my us in commemoration of a very unique MC:  Craig Mack!
His vocal presence, nice east coast flow, funky fun adlibs and in some songs his very deep positive lyrics, made him a real mc.

Craig Mack used to be part of Bad Boy Records.
Biggie got inspired and received a lot of his style from Craig Mack.

Like many rappers, he was living the bad/fast life (smoking, drinking, partying, lusting, etc.) and he developed an illness in his heart in his 30's.
Again, like many rappers/producers that lived a similar life, he reposed in his 40's (the mistakes in the past catch up with us, and sometimes have long term effects).

 But at least Craig Mack departed from Bad Boy. He also turned his life around a bit over a decade ago. He began living a positive, clean, soberminded, meek life. He moved out of NYC to a farmland, living a natural quiet life away from the vain glory he once had.
He became a dedicated member in a protestant "church".
By the looks of it, he really humbled himself and traded many of his sinful passions for virtues (powers). In other words he fought and struggled to come closer to God and be at peace with himself.

So let us pray that through the intercessions of the Saints, God will have mercy on his soul and grant him rest among the righteous!
