Sorta synthwave-inspired. I'm probably gonna spend some time tomorrow fleshing out the track, fixing the clipping (which may cause problems on your headphones - who knows?) and just generally fixing the leveling of the track.

EDIT: Now that I've uploaded, I've realized I left the bass levels way too high. Thought I fixed. Oh well :)

I'm working on music... stuff, and I think this track managed to turn out pretty good. It's a bit short though. I'm having to clear older tracks to add new ones in, so it's probable that I won't update as frequently from now on.

I found an old portable mono reel-to-reel recorder in a antique store recently with some tapes, so obviously I had to use this high-tech device in a piece. I wasn't able to for some time because I've moved country (surprise) but now that I've settled in expect more music. Or maybe not, because school starts tomorrow.

I haven't really done much for awhile. so I figured I'd do something completely different to get my creators block out of the way. And it worked! This is somewhat unfinished, but I though I might as well post it.

For anyone wondering why I haven't done anything for awhile, I'm actually working on finishing a album / ep thing made out of the best of my tracks. I'm having to m a s t e r all my old tracks that are bad (and I definitely not a expert or good at it!), which is taking a while. Also school sucks at the moment, as I've just moved countries, and the new school system is hella weird. Hopefully it'll come out soon, and then I'll get back to making things at a normal rate!

We're doing movie scoring in music class, and a scene had someone playing a video game resembling Mega Man. I probably should have just used music from Mega Man, but instead I made a full length (not accurate to NES hardware) chiptune for a scene that lasts like 20 seconds.

A new year, a new song. I'm trying to commit to posting more often now, I got caught up with ungodly amounts of school stuff, which shouldn't happen again. I have no idea if this sort of music is my new style, but it's what I've made! This may be the first time I've ever had the excuse to put (fake) gated reverb on a cowbell, and how could I resist the opportunity?

Got some new virtual synths and libraries I wanted to test out, so I made this, and it turns out I have managed to actually justify a purchase for once??? Wow, I need to buy more useless junk to make up for this.

This was blatantly inspired by Skaven252, an amazing musician who made the soundtrack to most of the bejewelled games, made some music for some cool PC demos in the 90s and also did some other cool things, please follow him as he is great.
