Alternative /  House mix

Recorded live at Nightcap Cocktail bar in Northern Quarter Manchester. A lovely underground disco lent bar which turns into a bustling club setting as the night goes on!
This recording was from the first hour (10pm-11pm) a bit of a warm-up to the night with chill house and light disco to entertain.

Nightcap 6/4/2024 opening hour (Chilled House / Disco)

First hour of my mix from Side Street Studio on 12th April. Very nice chilled cocktail bar so a strong lounge feel to the set, especially during the start.
The bar was pretty quiet so I made use of the opportunity to practice mixing lots of my vinyls. A couple shaky transitions but its overall not too bad.

I've had a lot of fun creating this mix. A collection of some dark techno tunes from the likes of, Kerrie, Laurent Garnier, Faster Horses, Vladimir Dubyshkin, Etapp Kyle amongst many others.
Lots of fun juggling the low ends and allowing the songs to flow alongside one another.

Hidden Motion Demo

A short arrangement of Giorgio by Moroder - Daft Punk off Random Access Memories. Used this at the beginning of the uni year to play about with some new microphones and practice with some different techniques.
Still a couple issues which could've helped from being re recorded but its all decent practice.
