Shooting aural sonics into the atmosphere with their individual blend of electronica, Vini Vici and Neelix have decided to join forces and elevate listeners with a new single called ‘Come Close Radio’, featuring MKLA.

Delivering an anthemic release for the masses, ‘Come Close Radio’ spills into mainstage territory thanks to its thunderous basslines and the ethereal charm of Toronto born singer/songwriter MKLA.

From collaborations with Armin van Buuren and NERVO to Steve and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Vini Vici continue to straddle the highest points of electronic music with their music. Their legion of fans grows more immense thanks to global shows everywhere from Tomorrowland, Ultra, ASOT, Airbeat One, Mysteryland and Dreamstate.

Fellow collaborator on ‘Come Close Radio’, Neelix has left a blazing trail in the electronic scene ever since his 2005 album ‘No Way To Leave’. From that moment, his genre-bending style flipped the script for his career, which led him to perform at festivals that include Tomorrowland, Nature One and Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC).

Known for co-writes with Vintage Culture and Adam K on ‘Save Me’ and working with Lucas Estrada, KSHMR and Alok, MKLA’s music has earned her more than 100 million streams globally. Today she uses her platform as a producer and electronic artist for creative expression and as an advocate for equal representation.

The track is a trance EDM track originally created back in April 30, 2014 as a demo piece, from my modest at home music production man cave. It has a tempo of 130 BPM and is in the key of A minor. The primary instruments are synthesizers, including a prominent arpeggiated synth bass line providing a rhythmic foundation, a melodic lead synth, and pad synths for atmospheric texture. Percussion consists of a standard electronic drum kit with a strong kick drum on every beat, a snare on beats 2 and 4, a hi-hat pattern that emphasizes the off-beats, creating four-on-the-floor rhythm. All done in Apple Logic Pro back in the day. The song structure is primarily loop-based, with gradual additions and subtractions of synth layers to build and release energy. Production elements include a clean mix with a wide stereo image, subtle reverb on the melodic synths, and a compressor on the master output to maintain a consistent loudness. Just ran the track through Suno to see what I could do with it!
