Ras Warrior

Hailing from the birthplace of Calypso, Soca and the Steelpan, Neepz, emerges as an auspicious new singer, songwriter, DJ, and producer.  Born in Delaford, Tobago, Neepz was raised in a culture that proudly celebrates its legacy of dance and music. He gives credit to the sounds and riddims of his native land, noting legendary Caribbean artists such as Ras Shorty I, Mighty Sparrow, & Lord Kitchener, as well as Hip Hop notables like Nas and Wu Tang Clan, for shaping his own music and leading to a new-generation style of Caribbean music.

Neepz joined 1440 Entertainment in Los Angeles in 2012 and immediately hit the Hip Hop scene with a timeless Reggae/Hip Hop "mixtape", followed by the one-of-a-kind Electronic Caribbean Hip Hop/Pop single, “MI TREASURE”, which won “Best Pop Video” at Chicago's 2015 XMAs.  Neepz’s collaborations also include a DJ favorite, the energetic feel-good Groovy Soca tune, “ROAD CALLIN' WE!”, released with his brother, Nick Arthur, for T&T Carnival season, as well as, providing conscious messages for the people with Najashi of the Dread Daze band, with Reggae releases, “SURROUND DEM”, "READY TO UNITE [LION PAW]", and new banger, "RAS WARRIOR".
