THE SHADES

 
Yet another time
The shades press upon
Future spaces in my mind

They torment me, they worry me
They wear me out, my weak hope
At first I resist
But when I’m alone I fall down

NEFESH
Formed in 2005 in Italy, Nefesh held in more than ten years of activity concerts in Italy, Slovenia, Latvia, England and Estonia releasing and promoting three full-length: 

NEFESH (2006, produced by Alessandro Castriota and Nefesh, mixed and mastered by Alessandro Castriota, promoted by Necroagency and Alkemist F.E.),
SHADES AND LIGHTS (2011, produced by Frank Andiver and Nefesh, mixed by Frank Andiver and Nefesh, mastering by Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios in Finland, promoted by Necroagency and K2MM), 
CONTAMINATIONS (2014, produced by Luigi Stefanini and Nefesh, mixed and mastered by Luigi Stefanini and Nefesh, released and distributed worldwide by Revalve Records, promoted by K2MM and Revalve Records )

During these 10 years they gain excellent critics success both on a national and international level. Metal Maniac  and Rock Hard magazines described them as one of the most talented and promising new progressive band. 
They won some national competitions and they went to represent their region at the MEI, the most important Festival about independent music in Italy. On releasing Shades and Lights, Nefesh travelled to London for the album launch. The performance was filmed by Sky TV and the interviews with the band were broadcast on SKY and other national TV channels. 

In 2014 they went as headliner in a tour in Baltic countries “Contaminating the North” to begin the international launch of Contaminations. 

In 2015 they were in Slovenia playing to an international contemporary art festival and they are currently working with Revalve Records which is distributing their music digitally all over the world and physically (digipack format) in U.S.A., Europe and since August 2015 their last album Contaminations has been distributed also in Japan in a special edition.
