Negro is considered by many as the benchmark DJ Barcelona. He feeds off the energy and unique mix of people in his home city where so many musical influences converge.

A true artist and born party orchestrator, he excels at transmitting unrelenting and unique experiences to crowds through his music. Owner of the prodigious 4line Records, his residency at the internationally renowned Moog Club has witnessed some of Barcelona's best parties in recent years.

Negro's energy has also been channelled into kick-starting some of his cities most forward thinking events such as the Rooftop Picnic or Showtime. Along with partner in crime Andre Buljat he has created a musical brand, a style of partying and a loyal audience that follows them wherever they go. 

Being part of the growth of a dynamic movement within such an inspirational city has been central to his journey as a DJ. As well as being notorious in his home city he has taken his talents onto the European circuit guesting at some of the best clubs in Europe including Panorama Bar and Tresor (Berlin) and Fabric.

Negro's sound is unique, lively and full of bounce. His energetic, anything goes style is bound by the rule that there is no rules. Skipping between genres, his sound is based in Detroit Techno but can incorporate Chicago house as well as the latest European flavours into his distinct sound.

In the works are various side projects for Negro to express himself, including a first person documentary about the experiences of travelling artists and their exploration of the different cultures, attitudes and environments they find on the road.

As well as intense DJ sets Negro uses his 4Line label to champion delicate and sensual house music. The music he releases has a deep emotional impact as well as swing and sass that makes it ready for the floor. As much an exploration of the soul as the floor, the tracks he releases mirror his DJ sets touching on house in all its forms, from driving Tech House to bouncy, organic instrumental house but always with a shade of deepness.
