On May 23, 1988 Neicey was born in Jersey City, NJ to the parents of Joe Nathan Greene and Pervelda Cooper. In 92' Neicey moved from new jersey when she was four with her mother and brother to Lake City, SC. Neicey grew up in south carolina and lived there for almost her whole life. She graduated from Myrtle Beach High in 06'. Four months after she graduated she found out she was pregnant with her first baby girl named Sanjaya Shomari Greene who is now four yrs old and was born in the summer of June in 07'.
