Mindfulness

This is a recording of an opening address that I wrote. It is neither a prayer nor a ceremony but rather my version of a common way to open a meeting or gathering. The main purpose is to bring our minds together around Creation and our relationships to each other and all of Creation. Listen and let the words calm you and reach you. Let my words remind you of your relationships and encourage you to think and speak of them.
