This is my go to cover song when I am writing. I love that it is slightly slower than the original. It is more soothing that way and helps me drown out the noise. Wonderful job, from someone who has probably listened to this 1000 times.

This theme is reprised several times, called The Heart Asks Pleasure First/The Promise/The Sacrifice. It is based on a traditional Scottish tune titled "Gloomy Winter's Noo Awa".

The instrument is a Clavia Nord Stage 2, using a sampled Yamaha C7 grand piano, and one single note of sampled strings.
