Sylphomatic Original Tracks

Forthcoming on Controlla, the mighty powerhouse curated by the beloved-by-all couple and duo Ali X X Ximena (SXDNS070), the interesting debut EP of young DJ and producer Mauricio Borgetti. Featuring two well-constructed originals – “La Plebada”, the title track, and “Todos Bailamos” –, the EP presents the joyful and competent Indie Dance sonority of another “talent to watch” hailing from Mexico. Completing the party, Fausto (SXDNS064), Deenia and Skywalker jumped in for the remix duties.

The track we chose to premiere brings Borgetti depicting his most playful side. The festive and buoyant synth layers plus the frenzied and restless percussive elements give the impression the kid was having proper fun in the studio while producing the theme. The cosmic-infused pad and retro-ish lead deliver a charming deepness to “Todos Bailamos” (equivalent to “we all dance”, in English). Shall we dance to it? Yes, we shall!

In early 2020 Niv Ast released the monstrous “Beau Chien” on Optimo Music Digital Danceforce, just as the world was shutting down. 
This year he returns to a re-opened world with “ Le Retour Du Chien”, a monstrous continuation of the theme, though this time the theme is ACID. Niv’s 303 is set to stun here and then half way through a surprise Discoid bomb goes off. 
The other two tracks are Acid dance machines whose sole purpose is to make people move, and of course put a smile on their face. BOOM!

Mexican DJ/Producer Tierra de Ovnis (@tierradeovnis) is back on Veneno (@vnnmx)with a solid EP.  The single 'Ela e Dança' is a heavy hitter of Latin electronic music which got succulently remixed by Bonkers (@bonkersrecs) label founder Ludviq(@ludviqmsc).

"Eyes On Karman" and ears on Sylphomatic! The very first EP of the shamanic electro music duo from Brussels comes dressed to impress! Through five high-quality original cuts, the lads introduce their talent and creativity to the Indie Dance/Dark Disco community with their solid debut on the mighty NEIN Records. Just don't think this is their first rodeo: Previously, they had been quite active on their personal Bandcamp having released some exclusivities on their own.      

Now, with their multi-genre EP, they successfully managed to combine a truckload of their main influences and deliver their vision of what dance-floor-oriented themes must embody.

The one we were solicited to premiere, for instance, opens the EP with a wicked and impish approach. A temperamental theme that combines a sexy vocal hook with retro-futuristic synth leads & layers with a pulsating bassline resulting in a Post-Punk-infused beauty.

For Penrose Records 6th release we joyfully welcome fellow Madrid denizen Azaria. His debut ep for the label is a powerful 4 tracker followed by a Massimiliano Pagliara remix.
A long time Dj, producer and sound engineer Azaria has been building a solid reputation for releasing underground beats on labels like La Belle, Rotten City, Roam or Nein to name a few. 
Here we have another example of his studio crafts and wide sonic palette: From the hypnotic and eurobeat flavoured “At The Gates” to the intricate and psychedelic “Time Waits No Man”. From the euphoric detroit influenced pads of “Upside Down” to the dark, sleazy and mechanical groove of “Do Or Die”.
Berghain/Panorama Bar resident Massimiliano Pagliara gives the original “At The Gates” a fantastic cosmic disco retouch.
