each of us finding his own dance.

let us feel the movement and the flow in our bodies.
Enjoying the moment,
without fear for the future or sadness in the past.

Let us search which dance fits the best for each of us,
and how we can connect our movements in a dance together.
Trusting our bodies, and our souls
which leads us dancing on our path.

I let the creativity flow in this improvisation with my singing bowl, inspired by the last full moon of 2020

The energy of full moon has always an impact on my mood, my body and my dreams.
Also with this last full moon of the year, I’m more aware of all the emotions and feelings which are coming to the surface.

After a sleep full of intens dreaming, I did a meditation this morning, seeing the moon, and I felt so blessed.

This gave me the inspiration to make music, singing gives me freedom, the sounds from the singing bowl let me ground and connect with pure harmonics. The harmony of life, everything connected.
