PGM SESSIONS 001 WITH NELLY JAY:
Nelly Jay's ear for music developed at an early age. This natural drive along with the ability to turn people on to unfamiliar sounds with his unique taste and style made him destined to do something notable with music in time to come. Being influenced early on by 90’s hip-hop, exposure to the rave and club scene, and Chicago house Nelly's passion for house music was set in motion. Staying true to his roots Nelly often brings elements of hip-hop into his sets while turning out cutting edge percussive tech-house beats. Nelly has been involved with Pure Gonzo Music from the start keeping the rest of the crew up to date with the latest and rarest of gems. He has played some legendary underground sets over the years at rooms as big as Club Love and parties that are staples of NYC nightlife such as SOUP. With his current podcast, PGM Sessions, Nelly has not only been sharing his own music but has also been putting out mixes from his favorite DJs from around the globe. Nelly’s PGM podcasts have featured music from Spain with Safir Muzic, to Hungary with Egothermia Records. You can catch Nelly’s dirty beats on his guest segment appearances for radio shows such as Techno Force, Art Style Techno Radio, and Rehab House Music Radio. Mario Otero was born in Barcelona, Spain, in 1982. He is now a dj/prouducer in electronic music, Throughout the years he has collaborated with artists like:Paco Osuna, Joseph Capriati, Toni Varga, De la Swing, and more ... his sets are distinguished by his unique sound in Tech-House . He is also the founder and general manager of his residency at the Delicious House Club, As of now he also makes his work as Label Co-Manager in Safir Muzik and resident deejay in Andother Group (Andorra), centering his activity on music production and performances in places like:Elrow (Barcelona), Florida 135 (Huesca), The Loft (Milano), Delano (Ibiza), Tabola (Andorra).

PGM SESSIONS 003 WITH ROUND-N-ROUND:
DJ Round-N-Round has been pushing the boundaries of electronic music for over 10 years with his relentless mix cd’s and energetic live performances. Tom Grossmann, born May 22, 1980 in Bethpage, NY developed an ear for music in his early school days. His high school years was when the seeds of techno were planted into his brain. Tom had an open ear for all styles of electronica when he first started attending local raves. Soon enough he realized that techno and house was what his passion was for. After months of studying other dj’s mixes and track selection, Tom began collecting tracks and developing his skills. DJ Round-N-Round was born...

From his very first public performance, the crowd took notice to the passion and effort he puts into his mixes. Since then, Round-N-Round has been booked regularly at clubs, raves and festivals around the United States. Tom has shared the stage with talent such as Mark Verbos, Ignition Technican, Terry Mullan, Punisher, Tim Xavier, Adam Jay, DJ Preach, Function, Amok, OBI, Drumcell, Dustin Zahn and many more!

In 2002, Thomas and his brother Chris joined forces and began performing and producing original tracks under the moniker "C-Tag". C-Tag put out their first release on Kind Recordings in early 2003. In 2005, Round-N-Round held a residency at Club Seho in NYC where he performed weekly along with local and international guests.

Round-N-Round is also one of the founding members of Kind Recordings. Along with his crew, Tom has helped organize and promote some of the North-Easts most memorable events over the past 15 years. As of recently, Tom has been working hard in the studio, so look out for some serious techno, house and minimal releases coming out on his label this year!

Nelly Jay has been involved with Pure Gonzo from the start as a "musical advisor" when he played a role in keeping the rest of the crew up to date with the latest and most hard to find gems. Recently Nelly has helped to open the doors of the new Pure Gonzo studio where he plays an intricate part as the studio director. This studio also doubles as a community project youth program where teenagers are given the opportunity to learn all aspects of making music. Nelly has already rocked the floors of some of NYC's hottest nightclubs. Keep an ear out for the sounds of Nelly Jay as he is definitely a force to be reckoned with.

PGM SESSIONS 004 WITH JIM MARTIN:
Jim Martin’s interest in electronic music first began when he heard the early techno sounds of Richie Hawtin. Shortly after that in 2001 he was inspired enough to purchase his first set of decks and began his journey.
Jim’s very first gig was at the Plant Bar, followed by regular appearances at the Homegrown parties where he was fortunate enough to open up for Droog.  He has also played at popular NYC clubs and night life locations such as Filter 14, Sullivan Room, Club 325, Sin Sin and the Porch.
Jim has opened up or played alongside legendary DJ’s such as Frankie Bones, Dave Hollands, DJ Becka  and Agent Orange.
You can also catch him at his upcoming gig on June 28th at The Key Bar!!!!

Prolific producer, eminent deejay and Queens' own Ari El—long on the rise in the worlds of Techno & Tech House—has carved out his own path to Techno Master status.  Ari El's diverse background as a lyricist, vocalist, & pianist combined with his avid devotion to New York City's electronic music scene, created for him a foundation in bedrock, borne of the golden age of house music in New York.  Ari El was a regular on the dance floor for legends, landmarks, & pioneers such as Junior Vasquez, Jonathan Peters, Victor Calderone & Danny Tenaglia, whom he credits as having had a profound impact on his career.  Ari El has come full circle, receiving critical praise from Danny himself, with whom he has spun along side (Opera, Atlanta).  Ari El was thrilled and humbled to receive such sterling feedback from Danny, who was so impressed with Ari El’s performance style & unreleased original numbers, that he took to Facebook to publicly & effusively congratulate him.  Ari El is no stranger to glowing feedback though, as he is often deluged by floored fans left touched by his sets, recently leaving Tree House in an uproar, after his 1st ever show at the Miami hot spot, when Ari El exited to a screaming, over joyed audience.  
Ari El has had the honor of performing with many industry titans & luminaries, including Chus & Ceballos, Saeed Younan, Cevin Fisher, Satoshi Tomiie, Richie Santana & Peter Bailey, Harry “Choo Choo” Romero, D-Unity, DJ Pierre, & Gaiser.  Recently, Ari El performed at the Imagine Festival in Atlanta, Georgia, a city that was his home for several years, where he honed his skills and made a major impact on the local electronic music scene, developing a wide fan base and a loyal following. Ari El relocated to Atlanta, where he created Odyssey, a long running and successful after hours party which has been the Friday night & Saturday morning and Saturday night & Sunday morning spot for Atlanta’s most discerning Techno enthusiasts.  In addition to performing at Odyssey, Ari El has co-managed the party for 5 years, and still holds a monthly residency.  Ari El has magnanimously made several of his live sets available on his SOUNDCLOUD page (https://soundcloud.com/ari-el), now some 5,000 followers strong (He also makes music available through his PODOMATIC page, and through the “Ari El Podcast Series” on iTunes.).  Ari El holds a heavily coveted monthly residency at EQ Nightclub, which is Atlanta’s hottest underground venue, recently featuring the likes of Techno forefather Kevin Sounderson, Cevin Fisher, Danny Howells, DJ Pierre, Satoshi Tomiie, Doorly & Harry Romero.  Ari El has performed at many local Atlanta dance clubs & underground parties, including venues such as Opera, Sound Table, Havana, T & G, & The W Hotel.

Nelly Jay's ear for music developed at an early age and he was off to the races. This natural drive, along with the ability to turn people on to unfamiliar sounds with his unique taste and style, made him destined to do something notable with music in time to come. Being influenced early on by 90’s hip-hop, exposure to the rave and club scene, and Chicago House Nelly's passion for house and tech music was set in motion. Staying true to his roots, Nelly often brings elements of hip-hop and his other early influences into his sets while turning out cutting edge percussive tech-house beats. Nelly has been involved with Pure Gonzo Music from the start, keeping the rest of his contemporaries and music contacts up to date with the latest and most rare gems…perpetuating his reputation as ‘A DJ’s DJ’.  He has played some legendary underground sets over the years at rooms as big as Club Love and parties that are staples of NYC nightlife. With his successful podcast PGM Sessions, which has stood the test of time retaining it’s underground following, Nelly has not only been sharing his own music but has also been putting out mixes from his favorite DJs from around the globe.  Nelly’s PGM podcasts have featured music early on from Spain with Safir Muzic, to Hungary with Egothermia Records, to acts as well known for their underground sound.
