Every year, as the city bids farewell to the grey skies and ice-cold winds of winter, making way for the spring blossom and heatwaves of summer, Kreuzberg's many parks spring to life, with Berliners gathering even on the smallest green spaces to enjoy the sunshine and each other's company. Situated just a stone's throw from Admiralbrücke, Wrangelbrunnen is one of these beloved spots – an impressive late-classical fountain originally built in Tiergarten 150 years ago, which was then moved to Graefekiez, where it now unites the young and old looking for shade and water as temperatures rise. 

As always, music is the common denominator here and Oliver Koletzki delivers the perfect soundtrack with this new release, while Chrisse Kunst renders the visuals.

Greek DJ/Producer Da Mike teams up with Cape Town-based artist, Deep Aztec to usher in the new season with an invigorating EP for MoBlack Records. A consonance of hope, figuratively and literally, 'Ethembeni' is an immersive journey through the blissful currents of house and the cerebral persuasion of electronica. Tinctured with electric chroma, the synergy between the duo gleams through layers of rhythmic cadences, vigorous percussion and winsome synth patterns. Compassed with Deep Aztec's poignant verses and affective vibrato, 'Ethembeni' is a breathtaking symphony of nature and man-made sound patterns that illuminate aural space with a vision forward. Stripped of vocals but letting its essence linger, an Instrumental Mix wraps up the saga. Nelson X is a Greek DJ and music producer known for his contributions to the Afro House. He was born and raised in Thessaloniki - Greece, where he developed a passion for music at an early age. Inspired by a variety of musical styles, he became particularly drawn to electronic music and eventually found his niche in Afro House. His deep understanding of African rhythms, combined with his technical DJ skills, allowed him to create unique tracks that resonated with both seasoned Afro House fans and new listeners and has been well-received by audiences worldwide. He has collaborated with various artists within the Afro House and electronic music scene at many events. Nelson X’s music is defined by an energetic blend of Afrocentric percussion, deep basslines, and melodic house elements. He is known for his ability to fuse traditional African sounds with modern house music, creating an atmospheric, rhythmic flow that invites listeners to both groove and reflect.
