believe it or not, this is not a port of the original song - i re-composed it all by hand lol (the instruments are taken from the original though as well as splash wave). for the PSG instruments i sampled them and put them on the pcm tracks since outrun's board doesn't natively support PSG.

this was intended to just be a sample test but i did the full song anyway because i am insane and there's something wrong with me. nicktoons DS is basically a compressed but more resourceful variant of the supersponge instrumentation (same composer) so this was fun
