This song is a personal reflection on the moments when saving someone isn’t an option — not because no one tried, but because the self was already slipping away long before help arrived.

It's not a cry for attention.
It's not a performance.
It’s a glimpse into that space between giving up and holding on — where numbness feels safer than hope.

This track is a first glimpse into our upcoming 2026 album, TRAUMA — a record shaped by the rawest forms of pain, memory, and survival.

On the cliffs of Uluwatu, a sacred monkey stared into the ocean and time dissolved. This song was born from that moment: the union of nature, spirit, and sound.

Our sound is ritualistic, raw, poetic, and unsettling – a feverish hallucination of lust, madness, and damnation.

Yet beneath the surface of distortion and desire, much of what we create is deliberately satirical, infused with dark humor, and framed by a sharp lens of social and systemic critique.
Even in our most explicit expressions, we do not glorify violence or sexuality – rather, we expose and question the very ways they are distorted, repressed, or exploited by society.

We first came together around 2004, initially under a different project name. NeON dEVIL, as it exists today, began to take shape in 2009 with the release of our first official album. We are not bound to a fixed genre. While much of our work lives within the realm of extreme metal, we also draw heavily from other styles — trap, rap, classical music, 70’s psychedelic rock, avant-garde, and at times even pop or swing.
Our influences are vast because each of us comes from a different musical background, and it is essential to us that every member can fully express themselves and feel at home within this project.

NeON dEVIL is a nonprofit music project.
We do not create for profit — all earnings are used exclusively either to support charitable causes or to fund the creation of new music. No part of our income goes anywhere else. The art we make either helps those in need or fuels the fire for our next creation.
