The cover I made of this a few years ago is still the most liked thing that I have on this account and is STILL getting likes even though I'm sure that the Undertale AU portion of SoundCloud is beyond dead a this point. APPARENTLY this file (which is separate from the first one) was started in 2017? I really didn't change anything before uploading it, just switched one Soundfont since this thing is loaded with SGM lol.

I really don't remember where I got the transcription for the chiptune section. Still pretty happy with myself for (almost) nailing the lead and square for how mediocre I was back then. Still though, it's nice to at least know there's a better version of that cover on this account now, even if I never plan on making this stuff seriously anymore.

In all seriousness though, this was REALLY fun to do surprisingly, and I actually had motivation to finish it.  I'm also pretty proud of how it came out, too.  There might be a few things that sound off here and there, but eh.  If you do hear anything weird, please do tell me.
Also fun fact, this is my first time making something with FL Studio 64-Bit, so if stuff sounds different from what I normally make then blame me for not knowing how Directwave works, lol.

The new name to A Mortal Tale has been decided on, being the very name of the band that composed for the Mortal Kombat movies. This is a soft reboot of Kuai Liang's battle themes, now featuring the motifs "Chinese Ninja Warrior" instead of Techno Syndrome! Hope you enjoy!
