To end 2021, we invited our Twitter followers to call 216.361.6772 to hear a personal thanks for engaging with us in a tough year. More than a thousand calls came in, and with them came hundreds and hundreds of voicemails expressing their gratitude for our employees and work. Thousands called. And more than 1,660 voicemails later, these are just a few that represent the connections and relationships that define some of the deepest connections we could ever have.
