Japanese born producer Hokuto Sato has created an astonishing EP for the next Neovinyl release. Featuring an eclectic collection of elements ranging from Jazz to abstract house sounds, everything comes together to make this work a piece of art called YEARS.

Hokuto is trying to find out his own way to treating carefully Jazz and House. His attention goes on sampling, based on something we can call "momentum sounds" composed on beautiful vibes, which exist in the smaller details of sounds.

These 4 tracks are inspired by a wide range of styles from the '50s soulfulness, '60s cool and modern Jazz to '70s spacy one coming from South America.

Flipsight enters the house scene with the 'Back in Time' EP by Ricky Razu. It is a cohesive blend of nostalgic influences and modern touches, drawing inspiration from Ricky's own record collection encompassing genres like 90s house, boogie, jazz, and soul (Think Harvey Sutherland, Space Ghost, Cable Toy, Eddie C). His decision to embrace a slower life pace away from the urban hustle allowed him to focus on the creative process and reconnect with the core reasons why he started making music. We can definitely state that this EP reflects his growth as an artist and captures the essence of his musical journey.

Gallegos’ “Save Your Love For Me” quickly engages  your focus with melody rich tones and enticing vocals pushing on to an interestingly themed A side with the electro infused “Hanging Gardens” from local Seka,  and the complex drum patterns of 2 step themed “Dreams” from Jay Anderson, another artist to recently join the labels affiliates with an appearance on the second Banoffee Pies Black Label imprint. 

The B side is pleasantly introduced by a more head nodding groove full of pads from Owain K with “Touched “, and as with many of it’s predecessors, this Limited Series installation is rounded off with a Beat and a mood from a smoky lounge this time from Embezzlement Society.
