I have been a dj and general music maker and dreamer of the dream since high school. Recently I have begun making music primarily on the ipod using various apps, but mostly using Nanostudio. 

I also do work for various peace and sustainability groups globally including The Zeitgeist Movement, World Enlightainment, Peace on Planet Earth and the Venus Project. 

The Boatman started When I refused to draw anything else but boats in highschool art class.
At the same time my friends showed me some music software, And I was hooked!
I occasionally post some of the more "finished" ideas here.

I've been producing tracks ever since I was given a toy Casio keyboard when I was 7 years old. Creating music gives me such peace! My main preference is chill/downtempo/triphop stuff, but I definitely dabble in house music as well. I'm also a DJ and have performed in many clubs around the country. I just LOVE music!
