Beneath the lonely streetlight, ever-shifting shadows played a secret game. Lucy, an imaginative girl, believed they were mystical beings. One night, a shadow reached out, and Lucy followed it to a hidden door. A world of twilight wonders awaited, teaching her that even darkness holds beauty.

In the soft light of the late afternoon, adrift in a daydream, they wandered back to yesteryears. Memories flooded their senses, conjuring images of sunlit afternoons and the laughter of bygone days. They savored the familiar tastes of childhood treats and the warmth of family gatherings. With a gentle touch, they traced the worn edges of old photographs, each one a doorway to a cherished moment in time. As the sun dipped below the horizon, nostalgia enveloped them, a gentle reminder of the beauty in remembering. In that fleeting moment, they found solace in the enduring embrace of fond recollections, forever etched in the fabric of their being.

After the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, many in Japan reported eerie encounters with what they believed were spirits of the victims. Among the most chilling were taxi drivers picking up soaking wet passengers who would vanish before reaching their destination, leaving behind only damp seats.

In tribute to these haunting stories, I’ve written "Spirits of the Tsunami," capturing the paranormal and emotional weight of these encounters—spirits lost between worlds, forever bound to the day they were taken.

These events stand as some of the most compelling and well-documented instances of ghost sightings in modern history.
